Objectives
Our goal was to revamp Najdain Entertainment’s social media presence and drive high-quality leads through Meta Ads to boost sales of their luxury game tables. We aimed to enhance brand clarity, increase engagement, and create a seamless lead-generation funnel, ultimately selling out their inventory.

Luxury Visual Identity Reset
We redesigned Najdain’s Instagram and Facebook presence with a high end aesthetic featuring bold typography, elegant colour palettes, and premium imagery to match the expectations of their affluent clientele.
Product Storytelling with Value Hooks
Each post and story focused not just on the look, but the lifestyle benefits, durability, exclusivity, and design. Delivered through captions, icons, and benefits-driven storytelling.
Multi-Channel Paid Advertising Funnel
We launched targeted campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, highlighting key product features in short-form videos and carousels. Ads directed users to lead forms that funneled into WhatsApp for personalized sales follow-up.
WhatsApp-Driven Lead Conversion
Instead of relying on e-commerce, we turned WhatsApp into a sales channel—collecting user details from ads and equipping the sales team with ready-to-convert leads, which increased conversion significantly.
Influencer Collaborations & UGC Push
We’re exploring partnerships with luxury lifestyle influencers in Kuwait to share unboxing experiences and drive credibility. UGC and real testimonials can act as powerful social proof in the luxury segment.
Implementation Process
We began by auditing Najdain’s Instagram account, identifying issues like inconsistent posting, poor-quality visuals, and an unclear bio. We redesigned their profile, adding a professional bio, phone number, and website link. Next, we created a content calendar for posts and stories, focusing on product benefits (e.g., durability, luxury design) and using icons to highlight key features
For Meta Ads, we designed visually appealing creatives showcasing the game tables in luxurious settings, targeting high-income individuals in Kuwait. Since Najdain lacked an e-commerce platform, ads directed users to a lead form, capturing details like name, phone number, and product interest. Leads were funneled to WhatsApp, where the sales team engaged prospects with personalized offers. We monitored ad performance, optimizing for cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
