Implementation Process

Huawei’s criteria for choosing the influencers were mainly the audience that they had and the level of engagement that the influencers had. Some critical features included a content calendar established to maintain a schedule of posts. To elaborate, influencers were provided with Huawei devices to test and share their opinion.
Some directed people to visit Huawei's official website using hashtags or call-to-action (CTA) links. This was done through data analytics to track performance in the improvement process.
